Looking back over the past 12 years we see top 10 cities by total sales:
- Salem 36%
- Albany 11%
- Corvallis 11%
- Keizer 6%
- Lebanon 5%
- Dallas 4%
- Silverton 3%
- Sweet Home 3%
- Woodburn 2%
- Monmouth 2%
These 10 cities make up over 80% of total sales.
Looking back to June 2013 – 3 years, we see for stick-built homes on a lot or land the top 10 configurations are:
- 3x2_RExRes – 31%
- 3×2.5_RExRes – 10%
- 4×2.5_RExRes – 8%
- 3x1_RExRes – 7%
- 2x1_RExRes – 6%
- 4x2_RExRes – 6%
- 3×1.5_RExRes – 5%
- 4x3_RExRes – 3%
- 3x2_RAxRes – 3%
- 2x2_RExRes – 2%
These top 10 configs total more than 80% of all stick-built residential homes.
Here are the 18 month views for stick-built on a lot:


Averages are up from $118/sqft to $140/sqft. Medians have moved from $118/sqft to $145/sqft.
Here are the 18 month views for 3 bed, 2 bath, stick-built on a lot:


Averages are up from $125/sqft to $154/sqft. Medians have moved from $121/sqft to $152/sqft.
Number of total actives is still below 3000 this morning at 3000.
