This is a view of the past 11+ years, January 2005 to June 2016, total sales of new homes in the mid-Willamette Valley. 2015 numbers almost reached the 2007 level but fell below 2005-2006.
Our 2016 rate, if continued, for sales of all new home configs on-a-lot, would match 2012 levels! 2016 sales of new 3 bed, 2 bath, stick-built, on-a-lot could be near new low, just passing the 2011 level. Current prices exceed all past levels in these charts. Are prices too high? These graphs are based on sales of homes sold in the same year they are built.
