The numbers below each plot point are (from the top-down): Mean(average) or median home square footage, $/SqFt, percent the month represents of the total number of sales in the chart, days-on-market, lot size in acreage, actual number of sales.

Looking at number of sales YTD 2016

As a percent of total number of sales Salem-34.1%, Albany=11.5%, Corvallis=6.9%, Keizer=6.0%, and Lebanon=5.5%. These five cites account for 64% of total number of sales.

The next cities, ranked 6-10, account for 14% more of total number of sales. Dallas=3.6%, Sweet Home=3.1%, Silverton=2.7%, Woodburn=2.6%, and Independence=1.8%.

The top 10 cities combined represent 80% of total sales. Here is the entire list of cities represented in descending order by number of sales:

You should find 126 cities. Carlton to the end are all less than 10 sales – 86 of the 126 cities. Adair-Winchester are only 1 sale each – 37 cities.
