Active Update December 2016

Mid-Willamette Valley inventory remains low. We are under 2700 total properties this morning. Looking back over the past 2 years we see total residential inventory has been around 3000 all of 2016. We also see a significant price increase for active 3 bed, 2 bath, stick-built, homes on less than an acre.

Two year active history showing number of properties on the market for residential on less than an acre, residential on more than an acre, 3 bed, 2 bath, stick-built, on less than an acre, and bare land less than an acre.
