2018 Sold Review

The big picture first

To put 2018 in perspective let’s take a look at the long-term sold numbers for the 3 bed, 2 bath, on a lot, stick-built 2005-2018. This home configuration represents about a third of the total home sales for residential properties on a less-than-one-acre lot. Please view this chart on a big screen. This is a large page and may take a bit of time to load. Note also that it has different y-axis scales left(sold price) and right(number of sales).
