You can see from the chart that sales for all residential combined have been climbing since the lows of 2009-2011. It is too soon to predict total sales for 2019.
The same is true when we lump all kinds of real estate together: Commercial, Land, Lots, Manufactured on land, Multi-family, and Residential on lots and acreage.

- RNA = rental not available
- SLD = sold
