Here is a look at the top selling county data for the 3 bed, 2 bath, stick-built home on a less than 1 acre lot since January of 2018. These charts contain a lot of data and are best viewed on a large screen

There are two charts for each county. One chart for average or mean data and one chart for median data. You are free to consider both and use the one you find to be most representative of the data. Mean data plots are in blue and median data plots are in green. The shading represents the 95% confidence interval.

The numbers under each plot point are:

  • Square Footage
  • $/sqft
  • The percent this month represents of the total number of sales in the chart.
  • Days on market
  • Lot size in acres
  • The number of sales for this point
