What are all those little abbreviations for property configurations?
What does 3x2_RExRes or 3x2_RAxRes mean?
Throughout this website these are referred to as real estate property configs or configurations. They are a short and quick way to describe real estate class, type, beds, and baths for a property.
3×2 = 3 beds x 2 baths
- 2×1 = 2 bed, 1 bath
- 2×2 = 2 bed, 2 bath
- 3×2.5 = 3 bed, 2.5 bath
The basic format is: Beds x Baths _ Class x Type
